These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Bugistoto ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://bugistoto.cam ("the Platform", "the Website").

By accessing, registering on, or using the Bugistoto platform in any capacity — whether browsing, placing wagers, claiming bonuses, or utilising any feature of the service — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms were last revised on 1 January 2026. Bugistoto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email to registered users. The date of last revision is displayed at the top of this page.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an account on Bugistoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Bugistoto applies a minimum age of 21 — consistent with the standard enforced by internationally licensed operators for casino-style gambling activities.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where access to online gambling is specifically prohibited, including but not limited to jurisdictions subject to international sanctions.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of Bugistoto or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in these Terms.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility conditions are met. Bugistoto reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Bugistoto platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or same household — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed upon detection, all bonus winnings forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

4.2 Accurate Registration Details

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. The use of false, misleading, or another person's details to create an account constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.

4.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share account access with any third party. Bugistoto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our regulatory obligations, all users are required to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (MyKad), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo identification, accompanied by proof of address dated within 90 days. Documents must be clearly legible and unaltered.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Bugistoto accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank M2U, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow QR, FPX bank transfer, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. Supported methods are subject to change. The current list of accepted methods is displayed on the deposit screen within your account.

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but are generally set at RM 30 for e-wallets and bank transfers, and the equivalent of RM 30 for cryptocurrency deposits. Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed within the deposit interface. Bugistoto reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to verified bank accounts registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Standard processing times are 5–30 minutes for e-wallets and bank transfers; cryptocurrency withdrawals may take up to 60 minutes depending on network conditions.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Bugistoto operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction and reporting to relevant financial intelligence authorities.

5.5 Currency

The primary currency of the Platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting. Bugistoto is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Bugistoto platform are subject to specific terms and conditions as set out in the relevant promotion details page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the balance derived from those bonuses may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a RM 100 bonus requires RM 3,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — refer to the specific promotion for full details.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bugistoto actively monitors account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of promotions, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or use of prohibited software. Where bonus abuse is detected, Bugistoto reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses not activated within the specified activation period will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Unused bonus funds that have been activated but where wagering requirements have not been met within the validity period will be forfeited.

6.5 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus of up to MYR 2,880 is available to new registered players on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to its own specific promotion terms. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player. Suspected duplicate accounts claiming the welcome bonus will have bonuses voided.

7.1 Finality of Wagers

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are final and may not be cancelled or amended once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet selections, amounts, and odds prior to confirmation. Bugistoto accepts no liability for bets placed in error.

7.2 Void Bets

Bugistoto reserves the right to declare a bet void in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors affecting odds or outcomes, manifest pricing errors, market cancellation, event abandonment, or evidence of match manipulation. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the Player's account balance.

7.3 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface. Bugistoto reserves the right to limit winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe irregularity has occurred.

7.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, UFC, and other events, are governed by Bugistoto's Sports Betting Rules. In-play betting is subject to live market availability. Odds displayed are the final confirmed odds at the time of bet confirmation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bugistoto platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, legal action:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes against deposits made to the Platform.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the Platform to transact proceeds of criminal activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from a technical error are void and will be removed from the account balance.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at Bugistoto staff or other Platform users.

Bugistoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable individuals. We provide the following tools within your account settings, available at all times at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) without permanently closing the account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all Bugistoto services. This option is irreversible during the selected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gambling balance.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without express written permission from Bugistoto.

Third-party game content available on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio licensors. Bugistoto is an authorised distribution partner and does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bugistoto shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or any other losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Bugistoto provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included thereon.

Bugistoto's total liability to you in connection with the Platform, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all claims, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Bugistoto's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by Bugistoto is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of this Agreement.

By registering an account and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection principles, including purpose limitation, data minimisation, and security by design.

Bugistoto uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your consent to cookie use as described in the Privacy Policy and our Cookie Notice.

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your verified payment method after completion of any pending KYC requirements.

13.2 Termination by Bugistoto

Bugistoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC; detection of a Prohibited Person; abuse of bonuses or promotions; or any conduct deemed harmful to the Platform's integrity or other users.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — shall continue in full force after account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bugistoto is incorporated and licenced, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Users in Malaysia acknowledge that they access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that such access does not contravene local laws. Malaysian courts are not the designated forum for disputes under this Agreement, and Bugistoto does not submit to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

Bugistoto reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time and for any reason. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and — where the change is of significant impact — by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
